This salad has all the fall flavors...

We will start with a bed of organic spinach then add:

Roasted beets, and chickpeas seasoned with a dash of garlic. Cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, chopped red onion, topped off with a roughly chopped mix of herbs. 


*add freshly diced  avocado for extra flavor

(we would love to, however they turn brown to quickly)
